Pre-Installation Reminder：Do not cut the B1 and B2 zip ties in advance. They should only be cut after all installations are complete. Prematurely cutting them may damage the C1 and C2 accessories, rendering the product inoperable.

Can the awning run continuously for a long time? How to solve the motor lock?

Do not run the awning continuously for over 4 minutes to avoid motor thermal lock. Let the overheated motor stand 15-20 minutes for recovery. Use manual crank temporarily. Do not pair or adjust motor limits.

What preparation should be done before using the awning?

Complete the pairing between the remote control and motor before first use. Confirm successful pairing before performing normal operations like unfolding and retracting to ensure normal device operation.

Is clearance space required for wall mounting of the awning?

Reserve 5–10cm space on both sides to avoid wall protrusions or pipes. A vertical clearance of 9 inches (23cm) above is needed for brackets. Installation fails without enough space.

Can this awning be installed on wooden walls?

Installation on wooden walls is not recommended, and special mounting fittings for wooden walls are not included.

How to adjust misaligned hinge arms if the B1 and B2 cable ties were cut prematurely during installation?

Retract awning fully, loosen screws on fitting J, push front bar C against roller A. Tighten screws when arms align then test. Check the adjustment video on page.
