It’s made with a 10×12 scrim count woven polyethylene, a dense material that forms a solid barrier against leaves, twigs, rain, and snow. The reinforced, heat-sealed seams run across the cover to lock out water, resist splitting, and help block moisture and debris. Because the panel is solid rather than mesh, water collects on top instead of draining through, and the black underside limits sunlight through the off-season to help slow dirt buildup and reduce cleanup at opening.
