Quick update: I reached out to Aqua and they readily agreed to send a new canopy. No charge for it or shipping. They didn't ask about reviews or anything – so I think it speaks well of the company. I'll leave my review below and will update once we have the new canopy. As for the main body, my wife & daughter both found it very comfortable and it floats great, so 5-stars on it, 5-stars for the company responsiveness and let's see what happens on the new canopy.

The appeal of this Pool Lounger was the Canopy. Unfortunately the canopy came broken. One stick/strut is clearly snapped or something and the end isn't even properly stitched. The later is not as important as it would still kinda serve its purpose. The last photo shows how it doesn't even sit correctly given the issue.
The lounger itself was easy to inflate and looks sturdy and comfortable. But the shade being broken makes this a deal breaker.
Do not buy.
Love this pool lounger. Soft and easy to inflate. Separate shade is great. Deflated it is easy to roll up and store dried fast. Love this float and buying a second one. Very durable.
These are so dang comfortable! Love them! Only thing is the cup holder is far and flimsy so it’s not practical for holding a drink. Still 5 stars bc I could take a nap in one of these lol! The mesh is comfortable and it’s cool how most of your lower body is slightly submerged in water.
This float doesn’t work well and was defective, the inner tube is backwards so the cup holder recess does not line up with the actual holder, making it unusable. The rods to hold the canopy also do not stay in place and poked through the cloth on first use. The inner tube is too thin and does not hold enough air to keep you up out of the water at all, you sink down half way into the pool. The air filler also has no valve so the air leaks out before you have a chance to plug it. Will not be using this at all, waste of money. Do not buy!
I’m writing this reviews 3 years later as I think it’s finally time to repurchase it. This has been my favorite pool float for 3 seasons now and I’ve not babied it at all. Left it outside – left it floating and still hung strong each season. It’s just the right amount of level of water with the mesh seat and perfect sun protection from the canopy.
Bereits nach 2 Wochen sachgemäßem Gebrauch (wir wiegen alle unter 80 kg und die Luftmatratze wurde bei Nichtbenutzung im Haus gelagert) gingen ringsherum die Nähte auf. Ich bin enttäuscht und habe bei dem Preis mehr erwartet.
