What should I measure before purchasing an awning?

Before purchasing, measure wall width, installation height, and available space. For eave installation, leave 12 in. (30 cm) vertical clearance for proper opening. Allow 7–11 ft front clearance for full extension and walking space under the awning.

Why is the package size smaller than the awning size I ordered?

The awning is shipped in a disassembled condition, so the package size is smaller than the assembled awning size. After assembly, the awning will reach the full size shown in the product description.

Is this awning difficult to install?

We recommend 2-person installation for easier handling and safer setup. For first-time installers, installation may take around 2 hours, depending on experience and installation conditions.
