It fits 1.5″-1.9″ diameter poles for most 7.5-11ft straight umbrellas, with 3 removable inserts to adapt different poles. It’s not designed for cantilever offset umbrellas; pick a special heavy base for cantilevers.

No. Dual lock knobs fasten poles tightly, and galvanized steel pipe avoids tilting. Fill the base with sand or water for weight to stand steady in normal wind.

Is this base weather resistant?

Yes. The HDPE body is rustproof & anti-corrosion for all weather. The galvanized steel pipe resists rust under long sun and rain exposure outdoors.

Does it require assembly?
